1. About eu.Espírita

eu.Espírita is a Codeeze Apps product operated by Leonardo Bilia, an independent developer. Codeeze Apps is the umbrella brand for his software projects and is not a separate incorporated company.

eu.Espírita provides content and tools for study, prayer, reflection, personal growth, family life and community inspired by Kardec Spiritism, the works of Allan Kardec and the Gospel of Jesus.

Some features require an account, internet access, device permissions, a compatible system or an active subscription. Availability may differ by iOS or Android version, country, language and device.

2. Eligibility and family use

You must be at least 16 years old to create and maintain an account. If applicable law requires a higher age or specific authorization, that rule must be followed.

Stories, prayers and activities for families or children are designed for use with a parent or guardian. This content does not make eu.Espírita a service directed to children.

3. Your account

You are responsible for accurate information, protecting credentials and keeping account details current. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not share credentials, impersonate someone else or use another person's account without permission. We may require reauthentication for sensitive changes or account deletion.

4. Conduct and community

You remain responsible for anything you post, comment on, send or share and confirm that you have the rights needed to do so. Use the community with respect, kindness and consideration for other people's privacy.

We may review reports and moderate, restrict, remove or report content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

  • Do not publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not harass others, send spam, commit fraud, manipulate polls or attempt to bypass security or moderation.
  • Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit the service except where applicable law permits it.

5. Spiritual content, wellbeing and artificial intelligence

Content is spiritual, educational and informational. It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice. The app is not an emergency service.

On compatible devices, reflections and journal support may be generated by models running on the device. AI results may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable interpretations and should be reviewed.

Do not make important health, safety, legal, financial or wellbeing decisions based solely on the app or AI-generated content.

6. Content and intellectual property

Software, design, brand, original writing, selections, compilations and other protected elements belong to Codeeze Apps or their licensors. Third-party works remain subject to their owners' rights.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service as intended. Content you create remains yours; you give us only the permissions needed to store, display and provide it through features you choose.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, donations and ads

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their rules. Management, renewal, cancellation and refunds are generally handled by the relevant store, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Donations do not purchase spiritual guidance or preferential treatment. The app may display ads; where required, we request consent choices before using certain data for personalization.

8. Third parties, availability and termination

The service relies on providers including Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat and advertising services. They have their own terms and may change features under their control.

We may fix, update, add, limit or retire features to improve the app, protect users, meet technical requirements or comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or end access for material violations, community risk, fraud, abuse or legal obligations, subject to applicable rights.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors or that every item of content will suit every situation.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides different protection.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, technology or law. When appropriate, we will communicate material changes in the app. Questions may be sent to codeeze@codeeze.com.
